Can I buy Meiji Jingu Shrine omamori online from outside Japan?

Meiji Jingu does not sell charms online at all — they are only available in person at the shrine in Tokyo.

Meiji Jingu is dedicated to Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken, who led Japan into the modern era. Its forest was planted by volunteers from across the country and has grown into one of the largest green spaces in central Tokyo, just steps from busy Harajuku.

In the first days of each new year, millions of people come here for hatsumōde, the first shrine visit of the year — more than at any other shrine in Japan.

Two spots draw visitors in particular: the Meoto Kusu, a pair of camphor trees joined as one, seen as a symbol of happy marriages and good relationships; and Kiyomasa’s Well (Kiyomasa-no-ido) in the inner garden, a spring said to be one of Tokyo’s most famous “power spots.”
