Shipping & duties
We currently ship to the United States only. Every order is tracked, and US import duties are paid before your package leaves Japan.

Charms we keep in stock leave Tokyo within 2 business days. For other charms we obtain them from the temple after you order, so they leave Tokyo in about 1 week; the product page tells you which applies. Delivery times are Japan Post’s typical times and are not guaranteed; customs checks and holidays can add a few days. If you need a gift by a certain date, choose Express and order early.
Duties are already included
Since August 2025, the United States charges import duties on almost every package from overseas, including small ones. To keep things simple, we pay these duties in advance through a US Customs–certified service, and they are included in our prices. You will not be asked to pay anything when your package arrives.
