Yes. Every charm is obtained directly from the temple or shrine named on its page — at the counter or through the temple’s own shop. We never buy from resellers or marketplaces.

No. We are an independent shop in Tokyo. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any temple or shrine. We use their names only to tell you where each charm came from.

Yes. In Japan, charms are commonly obtained for family and friends, and giving one is a way to wish someone well.

Keep it with you — in a bag, a wallet, or a car. Charms are traditionally not opened. Many people keep a charm for about a year, then return it to a temple or shrine and receive a new one.

Yes. Each charm has its own price, and tracked shipping is free on any 3 or more charms, whatever the combination.

Standard shipping uses Japan Post’s tracked airmail for small packets, which usually takes about 18 days to reach the US. Express (EMS) usually arrives in about a week.

No. We prepay US import duties before the package leaves Japan, and the cost is included in our prices.

Because charms are religious items, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.

Yes, in small quantities — for example, gifts for a tour group, clients or your team. Write to [email protected] with the charms and quantities you have in mind, and we will tell you what we can obtain and when. We do not supply charms for resale.
